What regular maintenance is required?
Change engine oil and replace oil, fuel and air filters every 250-500 running hours or every 6 months. A detailed maintenance schedule is included in the user manual.

What is the warranty period?
The standard warranty period is two years or 3,000 operating hours, whichever comes first.

Will I get tracking information after shipment?
Yes. We provide the B/L or AWB number and vessel schedule after dispatch, and keep you updated until the cargo arrives.

What shipping methods do you use?
Depending on the unit size and destination, we utilize sea freight, air freight, rail transport, or express delivery services. For small units, they can also be consolidated into shared containers to reduce shipping costs.

How is the generator packed for export?
Units are fixed in export-standard wooden cases or steel frames with anti-rust treatment and waterproof wrapping. Silent types get extra protection with foam and strapping.

Is the price negotiable for bulk orders?
Yes. Volume discounts are offered based on order quantity and model mix. Contact us with your plan.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
The MOQ is 1 unit. Sample orders are welcome for quality inspection before bulk purchase.
